Salary: £20,300 per annum (pro rata)

Showroom Workstation has an exciting, temporary, opportunity to join their Film Programming team, to support and assist the creation of a diverse and dynamic film programme, develop audiences for the cinema, and deliver film education activities. 

Showroom Workstation is Sheffield’s only media arts complex operating a popular independent café/bar, conference and events facility, four-screen cinema, and creative industries managed workspace.

The successful applicant will have a demonstrable enthusiasm for film and cinema, with a keen eye for films and events that will engage and inspire local audiences.  You will be able to confidently write engaging short and long-form content around film, including web-copy, blogs, and articles, thinking about how this might be used to attract specific audiences.  Most of all, we are looking for someone with a genuine love for film that is excited about what our independent cinema can offer our city.
