Servicing & Assets Manager

Salary: Dependent on experience

Independent distributor Dogwoof is seeking a Servicing & Assets Manager.

• Reporting to: Head of Sales
• Office based in Old Street
• Full time, immediate start

Role overview

• Responsible for taking full delivery of a film/ series from the production team
• Be able to clarify and explain the items in the deliverables list when needed or requested by the producers before taking full delivery
• Responsible for managing all Dogwoof’s labs (Reindeer, Deluxe, Motion Pictures) to deliver or create delivery items needed for delivery to Dogwoof’s clients
• Key liaison and main point of contact with clients (platforms, studios, networks, distributors) to track, schedule and supply deliveries to full execution and negotiate when necessary the items in the delivery list
• Responsible for monetising sales of deliverables to our clients, maximising revenue and hitting the sales targets
• Key liaison and main point of contact between producers and distributors for any approvals on artwork, home ent., trailers etc.

Skills & experience required

• At least two years’ work within a technical servicing role for a film distributor or post production house
• Would suit somebody with a technical profile, editing skills, with an eye for detail and IT savvy
• Used to working to tight deadlines essential
• Organised, ability to handle stress with a sense of humour
• Passion for documentaries a plus
