Arts Alliance Media is seeking a Service Desk Engineer to join the team.

This role ensures Arts Alliance Media offers the highest level of technical support for our own software products and infrastructure as well as 3rd party digital cinema equipment. Working within the Support Department, the Service Desk is the first point of contact for all AAM customer’s software and hardware support needs.

The role requires excellent customer service and communication skills as the engineer will have many customer facing responsibilities. In addition, the role also requires strong technical ability as they will also play a role in the diagnosis and often fixing of technical issues.

The Service Desk also has several key responsibilities internal to the company; often linking the other support and technical teams and liaising with AAM support partners. The SDE needs to be flexible, able to prioritise work by impact and criticality to customer, as well as efficiently managing their time throughout the day.
