The BFI are seeking a Project Administrator to join their Heritage 2022 delivery team on a fixed term basis until November 2023.

This is a varied and exciting role requiring a flexible, enthusiastic and well organised individual with Office 365 experience, particularly in Excel and Word, and great communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide administrative support across the H22 programme; particularly across Videotape, Access and Film Prints.
- To support the Videotape digitisation project manager to successfully deliver the videotape digitisation strand and its outputs to time and quality.
- Managing detailed excel spreadsheets and the coordination of videotape digitisation with suppliers and key partners.
- Supporting the project manager to manage a logistics plan for safe transport, digitisation, file transfer and return of videotape collections to and from suppliers.
- To support the Access team with the roll out of the new BFI Replay online platform in UK public libraries
- To support the film prints strand, and Film on Film Festival.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Competent in Excel, good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and cloud-based technology.
- Demonstrable experience of managing data and spreadsheets with a good eye for detail.
- Able to evaluate problems, identify solutions of a practical or technical nature and to make decisions

We operate a hybrid working model at the BFI. This role requires 1 work day a week at our hub in Stephen Street, with occasional travel to Berkhamsted.
