Operations and Marketing Executive

Salary: £24,000

Radiance Films is looking for an enthusiastic, entry-level candidate to join their team as Marketing and Operations Executive, taking on roles across different areas of the organisation and contributing to the smooth running of the business.

The Operations and Marketing Executive will focus on the B2C (business to consumer) area of the business, looking after the website, customers, and various comms.

This is an entry-level position and will require the successful candidate to learn a variety of processes. Enthusiasm, initiative, and an interest in home video are essential for success.

The role involves various operational and marketing responsibilities from warehouse assistance to supporting website content management.

Occasional ad hoc tasks may be required to support the business during busy periods and include general admin and creative duties.

The successful candidate will be very hands-on, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Role responsibilities:

• Ensure Website CMS (Content Management System) is updated and current
• Keep Social Media updated and create content adhering to brand guidelines
• Answer customer queries via email and social media dealing with complaints, refunds, cancellations etc.
• Support stock control
• Monthly membership coordination
• Support the Creative team to plan and execute ATL+BTL (Above the line + Below the line) campaigns
• Work with the Radiance Team to gather and create a monthly newsletter
• Ad hoc office admin and support
• Ad hoc pick, pack and ship support (peak periods only)

Essential

• Attention to detail
• Strong command of written English
• Well-organised and able to juggle multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills, able to deal with people at all levels internally and externally
• A love and good knowledge of cinema and physical media
• Hands-on and willing to help during busy periods
• A motivated self-starter with a ‘can-do’ attitude

Desirable

• Knowledge or experience in using databases or CMS systems
• Knowledge or experience in using social media platforms in a business capacity
• Experience or qualifications related to Marketing
