New Partnerships Manager

Salary: £42,480 - £49,965

The BFI is looking for a New Business Partnerships Manager to play a key role in supporting the Director of Business Partnerships & Enterprise, Head of New Partnerships and Head of Enterprise & Learning Partnerships.

The successful candidate will contribute to generating and securing B2B agreements for projects across the whole of the BFI Business Partnership & Enterprise portfolio.

Role responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and secure new business across a portfolio of brands, corporate organisations, agencies and academic institutions.  
• Proactively identify, engage and establish partnerships with potential sponsors and/or their agencies.   
• Support colleagues in developing a pipeline of clients and customers with new commercial opportunities that create new revenues for the BFI and on the development and execution of all partnership strategies, proposals and sales initiatives within the Business Partnerships & Enterprise Team.  

Person specifications

• Experience in sponsorship, sales or a fundraising role. 
• Experience in actively pursuing and closing high-value 5-6 figure partnerships and/or equivalent deals.   
• Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills.   
• Demonstrable ability to handle complex relationships and conflicting priorities including both internal and external negotiations.  
• Self-motivated, committed, proactive and able to carry out responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner.
