Membership Advisor (Systems)

Salary: £23,433 - £27,690 pro rata

The BFI are looking for a Membership Advisor to lead on BFI Membership systems to ensure that they support the delivery of excellent Membership experiences and to maximises member engagement, acquisition and retention.

You will have experience and understanding of coordinating the delivery of a customer facing or Membership scheme and dealing with a range of customer enquiries, as well as handling complaints. You will also have experience of hosting and delivering a compelling programme of Events, with extensive knowledge and experience of using databases and a track record of interpreting and utilising data to create useful reports and analysis.
