The BFI is seeking a creative Marketing Manager, International (MMI) to support their international industrial strategy, developing and maintaining the brand ScreenUK Industry.

Working with internal and external stakeholders, the MMI will deliver key international events, including the UK Pavilion at Cannes. 

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic candidate to join our fast-paced team and impact the BFI’s and the UK’s international presence.

Role responsibilities
  • Working with the Senior Marketing Manager, lead the marketing and events at key international festivals and markets, working closely with BFI International & External Affairs teams to deliver the BFI’s international strategy 
  • Manage and maximise the ‘ScreenUK Industry brand across social media, digital, design, and partnerships, as well as coordinating all materials and assets to support the BFI and UK presence 
  • Support the delivery of the UK Pavilion at Cannes including working with delivery agencies, overseeing parts of the budget and manage the timeline and process of the promotional campaign, liaising with stakeholders and partners where relevant. 
  • A commitment to build our culture drivers into every-day work and activities on a personal, team and organisational level, regularly referencing Our Culture Handbook to inform and inspire. 
Person specifications
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of all key aspects of marketing including strategy, branding, email campaigns, web and social media, database management, advertising, design and print production.
  • The consummate diplomat: able to persuade and articulate arguments effectively to internal clients and external partners/stakeholders.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and to manage and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work effectively across functional groups and representing the department at a senior level
