Film Hub Midlands is recruiting for a Marketing Manager to help four Shropshire cinemas deliver tailored marketing campaigns designed to attract new, local audiences.
Film Hub Midlands (led by Flatpack in Birmingham and Broadway in Nottingham) are about to embark on a project with four independent cinemas in Shropshire: Ludlow Assembly Rooms, Wem Town Hall, Old Market Hall in Shrewsbury and Wellington Orbit.
This project is part of the BFI FAN Places Fund – a pilot programme designed to increase public engagement with independent cinema venues, using National Lottery funding to help them become more visible and accessible to their local communities.
Film Hub Midlands is seeking someone to provide a range of marketing support to these four cinemas, from reviewing current practices and identifying opportunities to assisting with tasks such as website optimisation, copywriting, content creation, advertising campaigns and email marketing.
