Showroom Workstation has an exciting, permanent, full-time opportunity for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join its creative and passionate Communications and Marketing team.

About Showroom

Showroom Workstation is an independent organisation and charity where ideas, initiative and enthusiasm are engaged. Located in a converted 1930’s art deco car showroom, the building is home to Sheffield’s only media arts complex. Operating one of the UK’s largest independent cinemas, the venue also includes a popular café bar, conference and events facilities and creative industries managed workspace.

About the Role

The successful applicant will have commercial awareness and use artistic thinking to curate publicity that is onbrand and eye-catching. A high level of creativity, written skills, organisation, and attention to detail are needed for designing, writing, and evaluating marketing campaigns for Showroom Workstation’s audiences.

With significant experience in designing digital and printed publicity material and confidence in interpreting data and analytics to make informed decisions, the role will also involve copywriting and using a Content Management System to accurately update Showroom Workstation’s website, alongside creating targeted emails to support the organisation’s business strands, using dedicated Customer Relationship Management software.

Hours: 37 hours per week, usually Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5.30 pm, but some evening and weekend work will be required, to facilitate the needs of the department, by prior agreement.
