LFF Venue Coordinators – Multiple Roles

Salary: £27,498 per annum

The BFI are seeking Venue Coordinators to join their Festivals team for the 67^th BFI London Film Festival and support the delivery of a wide range of events across the festival.

LFF is the UK’s leading film event and one of the world’s major film festivals, attracting significant international industry participation. It’s also one of the BFI’s major cultural activities in the year introducing the finest global cinema to expanding London and UK-wide audiences.

Press & Industry Venue Coordinators

Fixed-Term Contract: 25 September – 11 October 2023 or 02 October – 14 October 2023

Based at the P&I Screenings Venue for BFI London Film Festival, you will act as the central point of contact on-site for all Press & Industry Screening related Festival activity for BFI staff and partner cinema management. You will support the smooth delivery of cinema presentations, recording and uploading the attendance of all delegates.

Fixed-Term Contract: 02 October – 15 October 2023 or 02 October – 22 October 2023

Working closely with the Festivals Production Manager and other Venue Coordinators, you will be the face of the festival at your assigned LFF partner venue for Festival guests, filmmakers and hosts of Q&As, as well as the cinema manager and staff.
