LFF Ticketing Coordinator

Salary: £23,433 to £27,414

The BFI is seeking a Ticketing Coordinator to be an integral part of the BFI London Film Festival team between 15th August and 9th November 2018, supporting festival guest ticketing strategies, data analysis and operations.

This role will liaise with a wide range of departments to ensure that all ticket requirements are captured and planned for ahead of the festival.  The Ticketing Coordinator will lead on accuracy checking and guest ticket allocation adjustments within the BFI Festival Ticketing Systems

To be successful in this role you will have proven experience within a festival or film industry environment, preferably with experience of managing stakeholder/member relationships and benefits. You will also have excellent working knowledge of ticketing systems, customer and reporting functions. Experience of using Audience View is desirable.
