LFF Studio Coordinator

Salary: £30,141 - £35,622 per annum

The BFI is seeking a Studio Coordinator to work with the Studio Manager on the provision of all marketing services requirements across the BFI London Film Festival, ensuring best value to quality ratio and timely delivery of marketing outputs.

Key Responsibilities
  • To manage the workflow of LFF design projects, with the Studio Manager, according to the design schedule and working with the Festivals Marketing Manager
  • To work with the BFI’s roster of suppliers, ensuring best value and quality.
  • To liaise with external suppliers, including obtaining proposals and quotations.
  • To work with the Festivals Marketing Manager and the Editor of the LFF brochure on the production of the LFF brochure
Skills & Experience
  • Demonstrable experience in print / design / production management or marketing account handling.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail, reliable and extremely conscientious.
  • An excellent knowledge of a good range of marketing methods.
  • Knowledge of print production processes.
