LFF Senior Ticketing Coordinators (Guest List & Systems)

Salary: £30,141 per annum

The BFI is looking for two Senior Ticketing Coordinators to join their Festivals team for the 66th BFI London Film Festival.

About the Roles

Senior Ticketing Coordinator (Systems)
Fixed Term contract: 01 August – 04 November 2022

Working closely with the Festivals Producer, you will lead on the delivery of the BFI London Film Festival Guest stakeholder ticketing strategy, ensuring the smooth running of guest ticketing operations for all festival internal and external stakeholders.

You will analyse and review allocations across the festival, working closely with the Festival’s Senior Management Team, to ensure that festival guest-ticketing adheres to the overall financial model of the festival and that ticket sales are maximised at all times. You’ll also manage the Ticketing Coordinator (Systems).

Senior Coordinator (Guest List)
Fixed Term contract: 15 August – 28 October 2022

Working closely with the Head of Business and Operations, you will lead on the delivery of the BFI London Film Festival Guest Lists, ensuring the smooth running of VIP ticketing across Opening Night, Closing Night, Galas, Special Presentations, Gala Receptions, the general Programme and LFF Expanded.

You will also manage a team of temporary staff responsible for all guest list operations across the festival, including training and rostering.

Both roles are based at BFI Southbank.
