LFF Expanded XR Programme and Guest Coordinator

Salary: £24,996 - £28,728 per annum

The BFI is seeking an Expanded XR Programme and Guest Coordinator to join their Festivals team for the 66th BFI London Film Festival.

Key Responsibilities

You will support the Programme Manager, Guest Services and Partnerships Manager and XR Programmer on delivery of the festival’s XR and Immersive strand, from programming through to live event guest production. Including:

  • To provide administration for all aspects of XR programme acquisitions
  • Support the team in its delivery of a world-class Festival for all attending XR guests
  • You will also work closely with artists and the festival team in the production of the brochure, website and press launch
  • Be the main point of contact for allocated festival XR guests in attendance
Experience & Skills

The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, experience of working in a cultural organisation or festival, in a programme or guest facing role, including demonstrable experience of working with XR and immersive technologies. They will also have sound knowledge of XR technologies.

This is a coordinator level role for a confident, proactive person who enjoys working independently and looking to develop programme management skills within XR and immersive arts.
