IT Support Technician

Salary: £23,433 - £27,690

The BFI is seeking an IT Support Technician who will provide daily support to all users of the BFI IT infrastructure across all BFI sites. The role also includes providing support on a rotating basis for the operation and maintenance of the networks and standalone computer systems at all locations of the BFI. Some evening and weekend work will be required on an occasional basis.

The successful candidate will have significant experience of working in an IT environment. You will have a working knowledge of Microsoft Desktop software and Operating Systems, as well as working knowledge of Citrix, and Cisco hardware. You will have experience in dealing with external technical engineers, and an ability to deal effectively with people at all levels.
