Sheffield DocFest is looking for a Hospitality Coordinator in advance of this year’s festival.
The Hospitality Coordinator is responsible for booking travel and accommodation for all
festival guests, managing reimbursements, and supporting guests in booking their own
travel or applying for visas. This role works with multiple internal departments as well as
external stakeholders such as sponsors and partner hotels and must carefully track requests, changes and bookings for travel and accommodation, keeping excellent records, working within assigned budgets and communicating regularly with all stakeholders.
Role details
- Fixed-term contract: 3rd March to 7th July 2025. 3rd March, 2 days per week, 10th March, 3 days per week, 14th April, full-time until 26th June. 3 days in July. Total days: 76, accruing 8 days of holiday.
