The BFI is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the delivery of the BFI London Film Festival Guest Stakeholder ticketing strategy, ensuring the smooth running of guest ticketing operations throughout the festival.

Managing a team of temporary staff, you will be responsible for the logistical planning and delivery of the festival’s guest ticketing operations, including guest-list management of high-profile events such as Opening Night, Closing Night and red carpet gala screenings and receptions.

You will have at least 2 years’ demonstrable experience of working within the UK Film industry environment, with a strong knowledge of, and contacts within the industry. You will also have previous experience of managing teams and managing stakeholder relationships and benefits, as well as the ability to work with close attention to detail while meeting multiple deadlines, organising and effectively prioritising a varied and high profile workload.
