The BFI is seeking an experienced Events Coordinator who will support the Fundraising & Enterprise Department in delivering the BFI LUMINOUS Fundraising Gala in late September 2022.
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the Gala by providing administrative support for the Head of Events and wider team. You will assist the Head of Events in the project management of the Gala including working on event logistics, auction prizes, overseeing ticket sales and guest list management and liaising with external contractors.
This is a great opportunity to build on your knowledge and experience of Fundraising and administration in the Arts & Cultural sector, while working to deliver a unique and important BFI Fundraising event.
The role will based at BFI Southbank/Stephen Street and will include home working. In response to the current Covid-19 pandemic all team members are currently working remotely from home until the foreseeable future.
