Park Circus are looking to recruit a full time Finance Administrative Assistant to work in the Finance department on a fixed term 16-month contract.
We are looking for an entry-level applicant, preferably with some previous work experience in an office-based environment.
The role of Finance Administrative Assistant will involve reporting to and working closely with our Finance Manager, and the rest of the Finance team, primarily managing and processing all box office returns for both the UK and French offices. The Finance Administrative Assistant will monitor and manage the finance email inbox and carry out other ad-hoc finance tasks where required to support the overall finance operation within the business.
This role is open to applicants who can join the team in our Glasgow office – located centrally at Charing Cross. We offer hybrid working but initially would be required to be office based during a short training period.

Role responsibilities
- Managing box office returns from cinemas and processing associated invoices.
- Adding advanced contract and returns to the system for home entertainment and long-term theatrical agreements.
- Chasing debt and overdue box office returns.
- Monitoring the Finance Team mailbox and dealing with internal and external enquiries accordingly.
- Carrying out KPI reporting.
- Assist with ad-hoc finance duties as required.
Person specifications
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy in data entry and document processing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills. Able to build rapport and develop collaborative working relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to work alone, under pressure and in a small team within a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong numerical, organizational and time management skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Educated to degree level.
- Preferable to have obtained a Higher A or equivalent in mathematics.
