Crossing the Screen Film Festival is looking for volunteers to join their team.

Are you ready to be a part of “One of Eastbourne’s top attractions”, as hailed by Time Out magazine? We’re calling for passionate volunteers to assist our staff with a number of departments including Ticketing, Guest Relations, Social Media and Theater Operation.

About the role

Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You can commit at least 4 hours per day.
• You are available to be scheduled during the majority of the festival (21 to 24 March 2024, from 10am to 10pm).

As a valued volunteer, you’ll receive:

• Volunteer attire to rock during your shifts.
• Food coverage during your volunteering hours.
• The opportunity to watch all the captivating international films when you’re off duty (but sometimes also when you are on duty!)
• A delightful goodie bag as a token of our appreciation.
• A relaxing, fun-filled experience!

Every volunteer is expected to dedicate a minimum of 4 hours per day across various shifts. If you’re unable to commit regularly but still wish to be part of the excitement, we can still consider your application.
