Festival Volunteers

Salary: Unpaid

Japanese Avant-garde and Experimental Film Festival (JAEFF) is seeking 5 volunteers to assist in the production of the festival from 21-23 September in London.

We’re looking for enthusiastic people to help usher guests into the theatres, provide information and programme notes, manage guest lists, assist with technical set up, participate in marketing, host drinks receptions and much more. This is a great opportunity to gain some experience on film festivals, meet new people and get to know a little more about the Japanese New Wave and contemporary experimental short form film.

Ideally you will have some experience working in film exhibition or hospitality and have an interest in Japanese Cinema.
