Festival Volunteers

Salary: Unpaid

The Japanese Avant-garde and Experimental Film Festival (JAEFF) is seeking volunteers ahead of its 2021 edition.

Volunteering at JAEFF is a great way to meet new people, gain experience in film exhibition/events and learn more about Japanese cinema at a unique festival.

Volunteer duties include distributing flyers and brochures, ushering at screenings, assisting with marketing activities, assisting with the set up of events, as well as general front-of-house tasks to ensure smooth running of the festival.

Dates

• Brochure & poster distribution: ASAP, to fit around your schedule
• Volunteer pre-festival meet/briefing: 12 September
• Festival: 16-19 September
