Salary: £14.57 p/h

West Norwood Library & Picturehouse is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic manager who can bring a passion for excellent customer service to the venue, taking responsibility for the smooth running of the daily operation of the cinema.

Role Details:

• Full time contract (40hrs over 7 days, this may include evening work)
• Permanent

Role responsibilities:

• Ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times
• Stock control
• Cash management
• Addressing and resolving customer complaints
• Recruitment, induction and training
• Coaching Supervisors and Customer Service Assistants
• Adherence to Health and Safety legislation
• Monitoring compliance and maintaining standards
• Delivery of the Company value that Nothing Is Too Much Trouble
• Performance management
• Operations management
• Budgetary management
