Salary: £24,546 to £28,728 per annum
The BFI is looking for a Data Assistant to join their team to support the collection and reporting of the DCMS Production Restart Scheme.
The scheme supports production companies by providing COVID-19 insurance indemnity as well as more general tasks relating to the collation, production and validation of our screen sector databases.
Key responsibilities
- Uploading data into the RSU database ensuring the data is matched correctly to existing entries
- Develop automated report production from the core database
- Research development details for new television and video game productions and researching the country of origin data for new film releases
Experience and skills
- Experience working with data sets and reporting and excellent attention to detail
- Intermediate Excel skills essential: confident with VLOOKUP, linked spreadsheets and writing simple macros
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve any disparities in the datasets
The role is predominantly based at BFI Stephen Street, however, in response to the current Covid-19 pandemic all team members are currently working remotely from home until the foreseeable future.
