About the role

We are looking to appoint a Manager to work with the Chair, the Executive Committee and the network in reviewing Aberdeen’s Cultural Strategy, in the planning and delivery of Culture Aberdeen’s priorities and activities through to March 2023, in the management of the network and to represent and advocate on behalf of Culture Aberdeen.

Culture Aberdeen has secured funding from Aberdeen City Council for this role and the Manager will work closely with Aberdeen City Council in ensuring that the strategy supports the City’s plans for city centre recovery.

You will be a self-starter, with excellent project management skills, excellent communication and people skills, and of course an interest in and passion for culture.

The role will be based within and employed by Belmont Filmhouse Limited, acting on behalf of Culture Aberdeen.

This is a part-time (4 days per week), fixed term contract (up to the end of March 2023, or a maximum of 18 months, whichever comes first).

The salary is £30,000 per annum pro rata.
