The Light Cinemas are looking for a Cinema Manager to join their team at their Redhill site.
We are The Light – we provide a unique immersive experience to surprise and delight our guests across 13 locations in the UK. Cinema, Bowling, Karaoke, Darts, Mini Golf, Climbing Walls, Bars and Restaurants – we have it all!

Cinema Manager
As a Cinema Manager you will play pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day business, lead the team to deliver unforgettable service to our guests and ensure every visit is nothing but brilliant. This position will suit an individual who has proven track record in similar role within hospitality sector.
- Hours: Full-time, 45 hours per week
- Contract: Permanent
About you
- Previous experience in leadership role within the entertainment business is a must,
- Outgoing individual with fire in the belly, who can lead, motivate and strive to get the best out of people,
- Strong communicator with friendly and professional approach,
- Thrive in fast-paced environment with impeccable organizational skills,

How we will keep you busy
- Lead the team of movie enthusiasts to deliver exceptional customer service,
- Manage & supervise all operational aspects of the cinema, including staff scheduling, inventory management and facilities maintenance,
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment to ensure team and guests feel valued and have a great time, every time,
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation throughout the cinema,
- Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously seek opportunities to enhance the cinema experience
