Altitude is seeking an organised and confident individual to become Assistant to the CEO and wider team
Role details:

Role responsibilities:
- Booking flights, accommodation, visas and accreditation for film festivals and markets
- Managing diaries and arranging meetings for CEOs
- Helping CEOs with ad-hoc tasks and research
- Working with CEOs to plan company events such as Christmas parties
- Arranging internships and work placements throughout the year, holding interviews and managing interns during their placements
- Confirming calls with stakeholders
- General office management such as arranging office passes for new employees/interns and picking up post from post room
- Keeping holiday calendar up to date with staff annual leave
- Keeping office stocked up with milk/tea/coffee/biscuits/fruit
- Arranging postal mailouts, couriers and taxis
- Monitoring general inbox, answering queries and forwarding requests to relevant contacts
- Working alongside Distribution team and assisting in screening room bookings, managing meetings, helping at events, logging invoices, facilitating digital links
- Help on tech tasks such as digitising physical content and taking delivery of materials from sales agents
- Assisting in sharing files and materials with the Distribution team and technical lab and delivery of assets to platforms
Person specification:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs
- Highly organised with an eye for detail
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- Great written and verbal communication skills essential
- Able to prioritise and work as part of a team, both at home and in the office
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn
- Strong interest in films and the industry
