The BFI is seeking a Business Partnerships Coordinator (FTC).
The BFI is seeking a Business Partnerships Coordinator to join the Business Partnerships team on a fixed term basis, to provide administrative and account management support in delivering sponsorship benefits for the BFI London Film Festival and other cultural projects.
Key responsibilities
- Administrative duties including diary management, Raiser’s Edge, note taking, financial and other reporting.
- Undertake prospect research to match potential corporate support to BFI projects and opportunities.
- Take an active role in the account management of all BFI sponsors. Ensuring the partnerships are delivered to the highest standard.
- To be the RSVP and coordinate guest lists for Fundraising & Enterprise events (year-round and during BFI London Film Festival).
Skills & experience
- Knowledge and appreciation of large scale events within the cultural and charity sectors.
- Demonstrable experience with ticketing systems, coordinating guest lists, invitations and RSVPs.
- Experience of working in a team in a high-pressure environment.
- Communication and presentation skills with the ability to liaise effectively with external stakeholders and service providers.
