Salary: £29,748 - £31,557 per annum

The BFI seeks a Business Partnerships Coordinator to join their Business Partnerships team.

The Business Partnerships Coordinator will provide support to generate new business for projects across the whole of the BFI Sponsorship portfolio including BFI Southbank, National Archive, Festivals and Corporate membership. They will also support with account management and delivery of all sponsor benefits and oversee the organisation of Cultivation and Sponsor events and Business Partnerships Team systems.

Key responsibilities include:
  • To support the Director of Business Partnerships & Enterprise with administrative duties including diary management, Raiser’s Edge, note taking, financial and other reporting.
  • To work with the Director of Business Partnerships & Enterprise and Managers to identify appropriate corporate sponsorship opportunities across the BFI’s cultural programme.
  • To support the Director of Business Partnerships & Enterprise and the Managers in preparing approaches and proposals to potential sponsors and/or their agents.
  • Undertake prospect research to match potential corporate support to BFI projects and opportunities.
We are looking for candidates who have:
  • At least 1 years’ experience in sponsorship, sales, marketing or a fundraising role within a non-profit making organisation.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the cultural sector, film and the industry.
  • Understanding of arts marketing and the motivations behind arts sponsorship.
  • A high standard of word processing skills and numeracy.
  • Sound administrative skills including the ability to work to tight deadlines.
