Box Office Senior Supervisor

Salary: £21,000

Rich Mix is looking for a Box Office Senior Supervisor to join the Rich Mix team.

The Box Office Senior Supervisor oversee and help deliver the sales and ticketing operation here at Rich Mix, inspiring the Box Office team to deliver the highest level of customer service possible to all those that interact or visit us. This role will lead on the day to day administration of the Box Office function and lead on event/product set ups, as directed and overseen by the Sales and Audience Development Manager, as well as supervising the Box Office team.

The successful candidate will have experience of a CRM software system, ideally Spektrix, including ticketing and event set up along with experience of successfully delivering a Box Office or reception operation, ideally in a busy live events venue and/or cinema.* You will have strong organisational and leadership skills.
