Audience Development Manager

Salary: £3,000-£5,000 depending on experience

Manchester Animation Festival is looking to appoint an Audience Development Manager on a short term contract or freelance basis.

Role’s purpose

The Audience Development Manager will be a key member of the Festival team, and will take the lead on MAF’s audience development strategy, to develop, diversify and grow our audience. They will work with the marketing and PR team to seek outreach and promotional activity to engage our target audiences and develop partnerships with public and private sector organisations to attract a wider audience.

Our ideal candidate will be experienced, creative, organised, highly personable, enthusiastic and confident in working collaboratively with participants, communities and partner organisations.

Contract period

The role is paid a short fixed-term/freelance opportunity that will be part time and run commence from August until November 2021. Hours and days are to be determined based on the candidate.

Place of work

Although this role will mostly be working from home, there will be requirements to travel within the Greater Manchester Area.
