Archive Sales Officer

Salary: £29,055 to £34,338

The BFI is seeking an Archive Sales Officer to sell and licence use of its moving image and still materials, contributing to the service’s business plan with its associated income target and delivering an excellent standard of customer service.

In synergy with the Collections Gateway team, the post holder will contribute to the delivery of the access services used by donors, rights holders and authorised licensees for both commercial and non-commercial use; negotiating access in line with the BFI’s standards for collection care whilst delivering responsive relationship management at all times.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or 2 years relevant experience in a role where the analysis and interpretation of complex information was required, and substantial relevant experience from working in a client-focused, target-driven content sales environment.

You will be based in London with occasional travel to work at the BFI National Archive in Berkhamsted (nearest train station is Berkhamsted).
