Talent Manager

Salary: £1,200

The London Indian Film Festival (LIFF) is seeking a Talent Manager.

This job requires the managing of talent arrival into the Festival from India,USA, other European countries and managing their stay and travel in London and to and from Birmingham and Manchester (expected 15-20 festival actors and filmmakers)

The role:

• To manage a Travel Manager (already in post to make sure that they book all flights and intercity travel)
• To be responsible and manage a relationship with the Festival’s Hotel Partners and co-ordinate guest talent stays at the hotels
• To be responsible and manage a relationship with Excel Cars and make sure that all cars are booked for talent movement
• To liaise with the Sponsorship Manager and Press and Marketing teams to make sure talent is available for interviews, sponsor dinners etc, and be part of the main festival steering team
• To carefully manage budgets and keep within these and produce detailed spreadsheets and share these with key production staff

Freelance part-time mid-May until mid-June then full-time – 2 July.
