Front of House Manager

Salary: £10.75 per hour

ArtHouse Crouch End is a two screen, independent venue that prides itself in not just being a cinema but a venue offering live stream events, special events with live Q&As, music, comedy and dance. It also has a cool café & bar. It has won a number of awards including Time Out’s award of ‘London’s Best Cinema’ and it is a London Living Wage employer.

They’re looking for a new member of staff to join the small, friendly team. Alongside the two other managers, you will be responsible for the day to day running of The ArtHouse, providing excellent customer service to all visitors. You will prepare and show films and other content throughout the cinema and provide technical and maintenance support when needed. You will be responsible for the weekly rota, setting staffing levels that ensure the venue is adequately and efficiently staffed. You will also be responsible for overseeing bar & café orders and keeping good records ensuring everyone is accountable for their areas of responsibility.

Your basic hours of duty will be no less than 32 hours a week on a shift basis that will include evening & weekend work. Shift patterns may vary from week to week.
