I think I can use everything I’ve learned in my day-to-day role. Presentation, influence, conflict, coaching. MBTI has changed the way I view and respond to people. It has allowed me to express myself and my thoughts in a trusted environment. It has reminded me what I am good at, what my skills are and how I can apply them both in my work and personal life.

The course has been a revelation to me. Learning that things I thought were beyond my grasp are doable and achievable has given me a lot of confidence going forward in my role and the course facilitator has been great. Challenging when needed, fun and supportive. I hope others I work with get to do Elevate or there is a “next level Elevate” at some point.
