Registration

Registration will be held from 8.30am each morning in the Blue Room (the old Delegate Centre).  Films will start between 9:15 - 9:45am and will finish between 5:30 - 6pm.  The registration area will be staffed by the ICO throughout the event and staff will be on hand to offer advice on a range of topics including programming, distribution, marketing and publicity, funding applications, audience development, rights clearances, title sources, licensing issues, and technical screening formats.

Delegate Area

Delegates will have exclusive use of the Blue Room (Level 3) where representatives from the BFFS, BFI and Filmbank will be on hand to answer questions and offer advice.

Screenings

Screenings will be held in NFT1, NFT2 & NFT3.

Refreshments

Refreshments and sandwiches will be available to purchase in the Blue Room during the breaks.

Delegates can also purchase food and drink from the two cafes at BFI Southbank, the benugo bar & kitchen and riverfront bar & kitchen.  The benugo bar & kitchen is open 11am - 11pm, and the riverfront bar & kitchen is open from 9am on Saturday, 10am on Sunday and closes at 11pm.

Drinks reception

There will be a drinks reception on Saturday evening for delegates to meet and network with fellow exhibitors.
