Facilities at Screening Days

Registration

Delegates were able to register from 9.00am each morning. Films started between 9.15am – 9.45am. The ICO staff were on hand to offer advice on a range of topics including programming, distribution, marketing and publicity, funding applications, audience development, rights clearances, title sources, licensing issues, and technical screening formats.

Luggage

A luggage area was provided in the delegate centre.

Delegate Centre

A dedicated space was available for the duration of the event where delegates could purchase teas and coffees during the breaks between films and speak to representatives from the ICO, BFI and Scottish Screen.

Lunch

Sandwiches and refreshments were available to purchase in the delegate centre during the lunch breaks — this was exclusively for Screening Days delegates, to ease congestion in the café bar and ensure delegates had adequate time for lunch.

Drinks reception

A drinks reception was held on Saturday evening in the Penthouse Suite of the Mercure Point Hotel (Bread Street) where delegates met with fellow exhibitors.
