Facilities at Screening Days

Registration Area

Delegates were able to register from 8.30am each morning of the event. This area was staffed by the ICO throughout the event.

Luggage

Seminar room 2 was provided as an aread for delegates to store their luggage.

Delegate area

A dedicated space for delegates was available for the duration of the event where delegates could purchase teas and coffees in the breaks between films and speak to representatives from the ICO, BFI and the BFFS.

Lunch

An optional hot buffet lunch was provided by the Broadway.

Drinks reception

The drinks reception on Saturday evening was a great success with delegates having the opportunity to meet and network with fellow exhibitors.

Screenings

Screenings were held in Cinemas 1, 2, 3 & 4.
