Short film festivals are an excellent way of showcasing filmmaking talent but there are few opportunities to see these films beyond the festival circuit. Here is a selection of from the exposures UK Student Film Festival, which brings you the very best in local, national and international student filmmaking to Manchester and Watershed's short filmmaking competition, DepicT!, part of Encounters International Short Film Festival.
Thanks to a new partnership with Arts Alliance, the DepicT! ‘07 shortlist, along with a cherry-picked selection of all time audience favourites from the DepicT! vaults will be made available to cinemas in the Digital Screen Network. These packages will also be available on other formats.
