Facilities at Screening Days

Registration

Delegates were able to register each morning of the event in the delegate centre. This area was staffed by the ICO throughout the event. The ICO staff offered advice on a range of topics including programming, distribution, marketing and publicity, funding applications, audience development, rights clearances, title sources, licensing issues, and technical screening formats.

Luggage

A luggage area was provided in the delegate centre.

Delegate Centre

A dedicated space was available for the duration of the event where delegates could purchase teas and coffees in the breaks between films and speak to representatives from the ICO, the BFFS, the BFI and Filmbank.

Lunch

Salads, sandwiches and refreshments were available to purchase in the delegate centre during the lunch breaks — this was exclusively for Screening Days delegates, to ease congestion in the café bar and ensure delegates had adequate time for lunch.

Drinks reception

A drinks reception was held on Saturday evening in the Lyttleton Bar of the National Theatre for delegates to meet and network with fellow exhibitors. This was kindly sponsored by Filmbank.

Screenings

Screenings were held in NFT 1, 2, & 3.
