Facilities at Screening Days

Registration Area

Delegates registered on the morning of the event. This area was staffed by the ICO throughout the event if delegates had any queries.

Luggage

There was an area where delegates were able to store their luggage.

Delegate Area

A dedicated space for delegates was available for the duration of the event. The following was provided in this area:

• BFFS and Filmbank exhibition stands
• Complimentary tea and coffee during registration
• Message board
• A catering station serving sandwiches and drinks at lunchtime

Screenings

Screenings were held between 9:30am – 6:00pm in Cinema 1, 2 & 3 of the Watershed and the main auditorium of the Arnolfini (the Arnolfini is situated very near to the Watershed and signage will be provided).

Watershed Café/Bar

The Watershed Café/Bar is open daily. Mon: 11am – 11pm / Tue – Thu: 9:30am – 11pm / Fri: 9:30am – 0:00am / Sat: 10am – 0:00am / Sun: 10am – 10:30pm.

Food is served from 12pm to 9pm Mon to Sat and from 12pm to 7pm on Sun. For further information please call the Watershed Café/Bar directly on (0117) 927 5101.
