Associate membership

The ICO has launched a new service to provide independent cinemas in the UK with access to specialist industry intelligence, expert programming support and exclusive networking and staff development opportunities.

Associate members receive:

• Rights and print sourcing information
• Industry intelligence, including: release patterns (print availability, platform launches, windows); distributor prints and advertising (P&A) spends; format information; Virtual Print Fee (VPF) and audio description and caption subtitles availability

Access to ICO festival reports

Administration of Europa Cinemas funding application/reporting processes - the ICO currently administers the process for a network of 8 cinemas (10 screens).  Funding from Europa Cinemas ranges from €15,000 for single screens to €45,000 for networks of up to 15 screens

• Discounts on selected ICO training courses
• A complimentary pass for all ICO Screening Days events
• Access to two one-to-one surgery slots each year with a member of the ICO programming team
• Networking opportunities at ICO client forums
• Discounted rates for ICO bespoke training or away days devised especially for your venue's staff
• Priority booking for films and touring programmes released by the ICO
• Advocacy at a national level

Cost

The cost to become an Associate Member is £1,200 per year (payable in installments of £100 per month).
